Meet our founders

Ana Paiva

I have more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing, 11 of which were spent at Google. I lived in Dublin (3 years) and New York (7 years), where I worked with some of Google's biggest clients and partners in Google Ads, internationalization, and product. I'm currently CEO of Bardo, an agency that grows brands and businesses through creativity, strategy, and performance, and Co-founder of GrowBeyond, where we grow businesses through knowledge.

I'm originally from Matosinhos and live in Setúbal with my husband and our three children.

Pedro Pinto da Costa

With a decade of experience in digital marketing and operations, I specialize in turning strategy into tangible results. I'm currently Head of Operations and Senior Consultant, and I've led the expansion of marketing agencies, where I helped manage more hundreds of clients across diverse sectors.

My career is distinguished by team leadership, advanced technical proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, and a strong commercial focus on building partnerships and value propositions.
